Our team has identified new critical vulnerabilities affecting our cluster infrastructure that require immediate attention. To keep our platform and customer servers protected, we will be performing urgent security maintenance across all cluster nodes.

🕐 The maintenance is scheduled for October 17th, 2026, from 03:00 AM UTC and is expected to be completed by 07:00 AM UTC (upd: 08:30 AM UTC) the same day.

During this maintenance window, every cluster node will be rebooted at least once to apply the security changes. Customers should expect a brief service interruption of up to 40 minutes per cluster node while their virtual servers restart. As with previous maintenance, we will work through nodes one by one to keep simultaneous downtime across the fleet to a minimum.

This maintenance affects all virtual machine cluster nodes in 🇩🇪 Frankfurt, 🇫🇮 Helsinki and 🇳🇱 Amsterdam. This also affects our GAME hosting customers. All of our other services remain fully operational and are not impacted.

No action is required from clients. Virtual servers will automatically come back online once their node has been rebooted.
