Following our recent security maintenance, our security team has identified critical vulnerabilities in the KVM virtualization that pose potential risks to customer VMs and cluster infrastructure.
To ensure the security and integrity of our platform, we will be performing some software changes across all cluster nodes effective immediately.
The maintenance is scheduled for Aug 6th, 2026, from 08:00 PM UTC and is expected to be completed on Aug 7th, 2026 by 01:00 AM UTC.
During this maintenance window, all affected cluster nodes will be rebooted to apply security hardening measures. Customers should expect service interruptions during the reboot process, for up to 20 minutes per cluster node.
This incident primarily impacts our AMD Ryzen 9 9950X lineup in Germany.
No action is required from clients. Virtual servers will automatically restart once the maintenance is complete.
If you experience any issues or have concerns following this maintenance, please contact our support team through tickets in the Client Area, Telegram support bot or over e-mail ([email protected]).
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in Senko Digital. We remain committed to maintaining the highest security standards for your infrastructure.
